Moving beds that is. After almost 14 years on the same mattress we bought a new one. The boy gets our old one.

Today's word - tired.
Spent the morning at Bible study, and the afternoon setting up the 2nd bunk bed.

Tidy Tuesday

Today's word - change.
I had to get creative and find a way to keep the baby out of the cupboard which holds her snacks. I'm tired of Cheerios and puffs being strewn across the house.

Monday

Today's word - birthday. Celebrating my 8 year old's birthday!

Saturdays

We spent the day looking at lawn mowers and mattresses. And making birthday cakes. These are the end results:

we bought the mower, not the mow-ee

and we made birthday cake to eat the next day, when this was taken.

This morning at Bible study, this line from a prayer we read stood out to me in a big way:

"Do not rush into My Presence, trying to grab as much blessing as you can before making a quick exit."

It's what I do so much of the time.
