Friday - we did a grocery run, and the girls took some pumpkin pictures

Saturday - painting. All. Day. Long.

(Sunday - church; baby shower; kids choir; rest??)

Monday - making the applesauce with my little helper

Thursday

We made a quick trip out to the farm - to smell flowers, ride bikes, play in the dirt, and take pictures.

Friday

Farm day. Two of the girls went with me to pick corn, carrots, tomatoes, and apples.

Monday

I went to the farm to pick produce in the morning. We expected company in the afternoon and I wanted to have enough to feed them.

I picked this carrot - interlocking - isn't it cute? I was going to give it to my husband with a sweet note, but haven't yet.

Wednesday

Beans coming out of ears (figuratively speaking). I'll be canning from now until school starts.

I don't usually post on or about Sundays - but I took this photo yesterday and had to share, I like it so much.
We went out to the farm for a walk and a few veggies.

Back at it again - this time I weeded the corn rows.

Yet again, a trip to the farm. We strung up the bean strings today. Not too many weeds pulled, but the dirt was moved by a little critter:

Weeding the carrots this week. The kids came home and built a fort in the front room.

Weeds. As far as the eye can see. The row of potatoes in this photo were full of weeds, and my fingers and arms were quite sore at the end of the day.
