I got a late morning run, so I had a breakfast of champions, with a little champ, at this time.

It's a happy week when I get to run more than once.

Able to get in a 3 mile run in between rain showers

A 2 mile run, with my youngest,

while the older kids were in VBS.

I don't usually post on Sundays. But this day was unique.

 5K

I ran today, but only because I signed up for a 5k at the end of this month. At 10:38 am I was also running kids around town: pick-up/ drop-off from sleep-overs. Thus, no photos.
